A short drive from the beautiful town of Velden, is one of the most charming golf courses in Austria. From the opening hole to the last you are treated to panoramic views of the Carinthian landscape. The course has been crafted out of ancient forest and designed with an expert eye to make excellent use of the mountain terrain. Large areas of wild flowers, “Biotopes”, punctuate your round and may have you whistling your favourites from the ‘Sound of Music’. The clubhouse is also a delight, a meal in the restaurant is a must.

” A really beautiful course, the 10th will take your breath away,justifiably labelled their signature hole. Once again, as we have found throughout Austria, the course is in superb condition. The abundance of trees demand a straight tee shot and you’ll have to use your head to make the most of sloping fairways. The greens are super slick but as true as any we’ve seen. One of our favoirites!”
